Embroidery is the method of transfering your design or logo to be stitched into the fabric of a garment of your choice. At A4 Apparel we are able to stitch upto 12 colours into your design for your logo embroidery
Artwork
The prefered format we would require you artwork would be as a jpeg, bitmap, vectorline graphic either an Adobe Illustrator file as an AI, eps or pdf file or Coreldraw file with all fonts outlined.
We will then e-mail you a pdf file of a graphic mock up of what your embroidered clothing will look like to be signed off by yourselves.
Clothing Embroidery Digitization
Once the graphic mock up has been signed off, we are able to have your artwork digitized, so our embroidery machines are able to read the digitized file. Digitization does involve a set-up cost as this is done out of house (see digitization set-up costs).

Embroidered Colour Swatch
Now the artwork has been digitized we are ready to embroid your logo onto the clothing. We can embroid a colour swatch for your approval before we go ahead with embroidering all the clothing. You will have to ask us in advance if you wish to see a colour swatch (Please click here for embroidery costs).
